Need a break, but need to stay home? Here's our 5-step guide to your luxury stay-cation that will feel like a 5-star resort getaway!

🧖🏽‍♀️ Step #1: There's no service where you are... the calls will have to wait!

Lucky for you, your phone plan just cancelled long-distance calls to... your bed (oh well!) Let the phone calls, emails, and Instagram notifications wait. Unplug, recharge, and truly get away from it all on your stay-cation getaway.

🧖🏽‍♀️ Step #2: Choose your destination theme, and prep the right way!

Our personal favorite stay-cation getaway is a trip to "Mexico" with some avocado face masks, boozy cocktails, and upbeat, fun music!

☀️ Step #3: Get some vitamin D (even if it's snowing!)

Open those windows and let the sun in! A stay-cation doesn't mean hours tucked under the covers scrolling through TikTok. Get some sun, go for a walk, and enjoy the rays while you relax.

🧖🏽‍♀️ Step #4: Eat balanced foods (health + indulgence = the perfect stay-cation diet)

Junk food might get old after a few days, so try striking a balance between health-conscious eats (berries, vitamins, protein) and some sweets to make your stay-cation a blast. Psst... takeout is allowed!

Keeping our minds active and focused on something other than work, drama, or day-to-day stress can be a great way to recharge. Try looking up some at-home dance lessons, reading a new book, or trying out a new skill! Crossword puzzles and Zumba, anyone?
